Folding @ Home

CompsDoc LLC gives back by running Folding @ home on server off peak hours

Folding@Home is an application that donors use to allow scientists to perform calculations on their computers which solves genetic diseases such as cancer, Alzheimer, ALS, Parkinson’s, Huntington’s disease. CompsDoc donates processor bandwidth from it's powerful servers to this great cause during  non-peak hours.

"Folding@home is a distributed computing project -- people from throughout the world download and run software to band together to make one of the largest supercomputers in the world. Every computer takes the project closer to our goals. Folding@home uses novel computational methods coupled to distributed computing, to simulate problems millions of times more challenging than previously achieved."
